    You'll find us near the Station Road pedestrian entrance on the north side of the Centre, making access quick and convenient.

    • Parking: The Belfry offers plenty of parking, with easy access to our location from the multi-storey car park.

    • Public Transport: We are just a short walk from Redhill Station, with excellent transport links by train and bus.

    • Lifts & Accessibility: Lifts and escalators are available for easy access to the top level.

  • We’re open Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, ready to welcome you!

    Feel free to drop by anytime during our opening hours for expert advice and friendly service. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, so be sure to visit us during the week or on Saturdays for all your needs.

  • No, we have jewellery for all budgets. From our affordable silver jewellery ranges to our premium sterling silver collections and all the way up to our bespoke diamond pieces, we have something suited to everyone.

  • Repair times can vary due to the complexity of the repair and through our busier periods.

    Typically our lead time for general repairs is around one week. However, for more complex repairs a lead time will be given upon the booking in of your item(s). Subject to availability we are able to provide a same day service.

  • Yes! We offer three different types of engraving: laser engraving, hand engraving, and reverse seal engraving.

  • We offer to either exchange goods or issue a store credit for items returned within 14 days.

    Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
