I bought a bracelet for a best friend's special birthday but it was too small. However as it was the one she had her heart set on I went to Roberts Fine Jewellery.
Extremely helpful service - Robert managed to design a matching link and fit it so it looked exactly like the original. Bracelet fitted perfectly and my friend was delighted. Not the first time this amazing jeweller has come up with a solution to my jewellery problems! Thoroughly recommend them for their innovative ideas, excellent customer service and just amazing all round experience.

Once again Robert has come up trumps! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This time I wanted something special for my granddaughter's 21st. birthday and as she loves elephants. I came up with the idea of a sculpture of a baby elephant at play! With Robert's help and patience we decided on the design and the result is MAGNIFICENT.
Throughout the process I was kept up to date with progress and the result is superb. I cannot recommend Roberts Fine Jewellery high enough.

I took some gold to Roberts after a sort out in the house and the service I received from the staff was excellent. Polite & efficient. The process to sell the gold was quick and I was very pleased with the outcome. I’d recommend them very highly.

Truly exceptional bespoke service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I cannot recommend Roberts Fine Jewellery enough. You are treated like an individual and each need is catered for, even ones you didn’t know you had! I required my engagement ring repaired and wanted to replace with a diamond. I advised my budget and Robert himself took the time to understand exactly what meant the most to me. Whilst he could have signed me up for the option that would’ve costed me thousands. He did not. He provided me the option of an exquisite, certified lab grow diamond that is truly stunning. This was the best option for me. A viewing was arranged and the turnaround time for the works to be conducted on my ring was impeccable. The finish was just out of this world I cannot explain the quality not just in the work itself but the care the staff show. Thank you again and I’ll see you and team soon.

Extremely impressed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been extremely impressed by the knowledge and service received. I had an eclectic range of jewellery that I wanted some advice on. Robert was efficient and extremely honest with me. I had a number of watches that needed repairing and new batteries and one a new strap. The strap and batteries were fixed whilst I was in the shop. A number of rings were rhodium plated and cleaned and they look brand new! I have also had a couple of rings fixed with diamond replacements. All very well done, super service and extremely competitive prices. I would highly recommend Robert and his team for all your jewellery advice, repairs and restorations!
